EMERGENCIES
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.
We operate by appointment except in a case of an emergency.
Cats should be in pet carriers and dogs on lead and under control when entering the waiting room, PLEASE.

SURGERY
Surgery patients should not be given food after 10 p.m the night before surgery.

PAYMENT POLICY
For surgeries, half of the value should be paid in advance.
In case of death the owner must pay all the costs for medicines and manipulations.
Dear customers, you pay for our efforts to help you. The factors taking to a good or a bad end depend on you as well. Very often pets have been taken care of under bad conditions, haven’t been dewormed, haven’t been vaccinated and this is not the responsibility of the vet, but the good will of the owner. Don’t leave everything for the last moment. We don’t make miracles.
